For 2.5 weeks in January 2010, I modeled, rigged, textured, lit, and quickly animated this short video of a San Francisco Muni train coming out of a tunnel, pulling up to a platform with its electric arm extending, opening up its doors and having a camera fly through the interior. I modeled the train based on personal observation and some reference images I found online.  I did not model every detail so I could spend more time focusing on materials, lighting, shading, and rendering.  I went for a realistic and clean look, with many reflective surfaces.
